Position summary:

Senior Expert Associate for Systems Analysis and Application Software Design is responsible for: develop, and help implement strategic initiatives for improved efficiency and productivity. We’re currently searching for an experienced business analyst to help guide our organization into the future. From researching progressive systems solutions to evaluating their impact, our ideal candidate is a detailed planner, expert communicator, and top-notch analyst. The candidate will be wholly committed to the discovery and development of innovative solutions in an ever- changing digital landscape.

Job Tasks and Responsibilities:

1. Analysis of the Bank’s business system, legal regulations, the need for interfaces to IS of external institutions and compilation of specifications for software development based on that analysis;
2. Realization of the set goals by the Head of the Department (through operational plans);
3. Jobs related to the development of new and improvement of existing applications;
4. Creating specifications for software development and procurement;
5. Development of documentation for application software;
6. Application software testing;
7. Training of end users to use application software;
8. Programming new solutions as needed;
9. Preparing and creating reports for Digital Platforms of the Bank;
10. Support to users in the use of application software;
11. Implementation of security policies and procedures at the application level;
12. Implementation and improvement of policies and procedures related to regular maintenance of applications;
13. Participation in the implementation of application software;
14. Implementation and development of policies and procedures related to the immediate elimination of malfunctions in the operation of applications;
15. Participation in the development of new solutions, software purchases, etc. ;
16. Performing other tasks as ordered by the Head of the Department, or other authorized persons.

Job requirements:

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT or Computer Science
2. 3+ years of proven experience in an analytics and systems development capacity
3. High proficiency with SQL language and database management
4. Proven analytical abilities
5. Practical experience generating process documentation and reports
6. Excellent communicator with the ability to translate data into actionable insights

Preferred requirements:

1. Proven capabilities in project and user-testing management
2. Proven development of innovative and impactful systems solutions
3. Extensive experience with data visualization
4. Highly proficient technical writing capabilities
5. Good knowledge of English Language
