SUBJECT IN VLORA / DHËRMI THAT OFFERS ACCOMMODATION, MEETING ROOM AND FULL-BOARD MEALS FOR 9 PARTICIPANTS FOR 2 NIGHTS AND FOR 1 PARTICIPANT FOR ONE NIGHT

The Albanian Helsinki Committee (AHC) in cooperation with the Swedish Embassy in Albania, as part of the “Drive for Democracy” / “Determined for Democracy” Initiative, is implementing the “No Corruption, Yes Democracy” project, financially supported by SIDA. The objective of this project is to empower the civil society sector in their role as important actors in the fight against corruption and to contribute to the development of democracy and the rule of law, by exerting positive pressure on public authorities.

In the framework of the implementation of this project, AHC announces the request for offer for subjects in Vlora / Dhërmi that offer accommodation, meeting room and full-board meals for 9 participants for 2 nights and 1 participant for 1 night, which must meet the following criteria:

• The meeting room should be suitable to guarantee compliance with anti-Covid-19 measures for a group of 10 Room rental is scheduled for two full days and it should include support equipment (eg video projector, flipcharter, uninterrupted internet access, etc.)
• Room for accommodation of participants suitable for accommodation of:
  • 4 people in a single room, for 2 nights stay
  • 6 people in double rooms, for 2 nights stay (one person will stay only one night)
• Full-board meal service (breakfast + lunch + dinner)

AHC invites all interested subjects / companies to send electronically to the AHC e-mail address office@ahc.org.al , until May 5th, 2022, the following documentation:

1. Financial offer in Albanian Lekë (with VAT included) signed and stamped divided into items as follows:
   1. Offer for daily room rental accompanied by the list of facilitating equipment which are included in the price
   2. Offer for full-board meals, in the form of cost per person, accompanied by at least two relevant menus (buffet style preferred).
   3. Offer for room accommodation of participants specifying the price for different categories of rooms
      1. 4 people in a single room, for 2 nights stay
      2. 6 people in double rooms, for 2 nights stay (one of the people will stay only one night)

2. Certificate of registration
3. Photo or link of the premises where the event is planned to be held (hall, rooms, hall surroundings)
4. Entities that are not subject to VAT, should declare this
