
Kristian Prela has completed the Bachelor’s Degree at the University of Tirana, Faculty of Law in 2018 with high results, and likewise in 2020 he completed the Second Cycle of Studies at the Law Faculty at Luarasi University, graduating with MSC title in Criminal Law. Since 2021, he holds the title of Lawyer at the Albanian Chamber of Advocacy. It has become an active part in trainings related to constitutional, civil and criminal law. He has been involved in various national and international programs with social and legal topics for young people and the protection of women and children from domestic violence and justice reform where he has also contributed with publications of legal opinions and essays. He is also engaged as an independent observer of the Albanian Helsinki Committee to contribute to free and fair elections. His areas of interest are related to criminal law and the protection of groups in need, scientific research in the field of criminal, civil, administrative law and human rights. Since January 2025, he holds the position of lawyer at the Albanian Helsinki Committee
