Brixhilda Kadeli is a graduate of the Faculty of Law at the University of Tirana, where she achieved excellent academic results. She has gained substantial experience in the legal field through internships and professional practice at institutions such as the First Instance Administrative Court of Tirana, the Albanian Helsinki Committee, and the law firm Bitri & Bakiu.

Her experience includes in-depth research on judicial practices, analysis of legal decisions, and involvement in human rights projects.
