The Albanian Helsinki Committee (AHC) in cooperation with the Swedish Embassy in Albania, as part of the “Drive for Democracy” / “Determined for Democracy” Initiative, is implementing the “No Corruption, Yes Democracy” project, financially supported by SIDA. The objective of this project is to empower the civil society sector in their role as important actors in the fight against corruption and to contribute to the development of democracy and the rule of law, by exerting positive pressure on public authorities.
In the framework of the implementation of this project, AHC announces a request for bids for entities / companies that are active in providing electronic equipment. The object of the request is the purchase of an office printer for the AHC office, with the following technical parameters:
The technical criteria that the laptop device must meet are as follows:

AHC invites all interested subjects / companies to send electronically to the AHC e-mail address office@ahc.org.al , until June 21st , 2022, the following documentation:
- The type and main technical criteria (summarized in Albanian) of the equipment or the list of equipment that meet these criteria provided by the subject (brochure / manual of the relevant equipment)
- Warranty included
- Financial offer in ALL (VAT included)
- Registration certificate (if the bidder is a company / subject)
- The offer must be signed and stamped
- Deadline for bid validity (keeping the item available from the moment of sending the bid request)
- Time of making the article available
